CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES RULES - RULE 32
Chairman of committee
The committee shall elect its own chairman, who shall have an ordinary vote
and on an equality of votes shall be entitled to a casting vote. In the
temporary absence of the chairman, the committee shall elect one of its
members to perform the duties of chairman.
