Minutes of general meeting

Minutes of every general meeting shall be entered in the minute book and
signed by the chairman and secretary before the dissolution or adjournment of
the meeting and shall contain-

   (a)  the number and names of the members present at the meeting and the
        name of the chairman or of the person who presided at the meeting;

   (b)  the time fixed for the meeting and the time the meeting commenced;

   (c)  the total number of members on the date on which the meeting was held;
        and

   (d)  all resolutions passed or decisions made at the meeting.
