CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES RULES - RULE 16
Postponement of repayment of money to member
In the case of any registered society of limited liability holding deposits or
loans from non-members, no member withdrawing, removed or expelled therefrom
shall be entitled to a repayment of any money paid by him towards the purchase
of shares.
