DISTRICT COURT SUITORS' FUNDS RULES - RULE 5

Annual statement of accounts

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) The Registrar shall cause to be prepared for every period of twelve months
ending on the 31st day of March in each year a statement of the accounts kept
under rule 4(1) which statement shall-

   (a)  include a receipts and payments account and a statement of assets and
        liabilities; and

   (b)  be signed by the Registrar.
