DISTRICT COURT SUITORS' FUNDS RULES - RULE 19

Evidence by affidavit of life or fulfilment of condition

EVIDENCE OF LIFE, ETC.

Where any person is entitled under an order to receive dividends or other
periodical payments and the Registrar requires evidence of life or of the
fulfilment of any conditions affecting such payments, such evidence shall be
furnished by affidavit.
