DISTRICT COURT CIVIL PROCEDURE (COSTS) RULES - RULE 4

Scale of costs

(1) The scale of costs specified in the First Schedule shall have effect for
the purpose of regulating the costs of proceedings in the Court.

(2) The fixed costs specified in the Second Schedule shall be allowed to the
solicitor for the plaintiff or judgment creditor without taxation unless a
judge otherwise orders. (Enacted 1986)
