GOVERNMENT LOTTERIES RULES - RULE 8

Forfeiture of unclaimed prizes

If the payment of any prize is not claimed in the manner and within the period
prescribed in rule 7, and if the number of the ticket in respect of which the
prize was payable has been duly published in the manner prescribed in rule 6,
the proceeds of that prize shall upon expiry of such period be forfeited to
the Lotteries Fund. (L.N. 95 of 1967)
