COMPANIES (DISQUALIFICATION OF DIRECTORS) PROCEEDINGS RULES - RULE 2
Application
These Rules apply with respect to an application for a disqualification order
to which section 168P(1) of the Ordinance applies, where made on or after the
date on which these Rules come into force. (Enacted 1994)
