COMPANIES (DISQUALIFICATION OF DIRECTORS) PROCEEDINGS RULES - RULE 10
Commencement of disqualification order
Unless the court otherwise orders, a disqualification order takes effect at
the beginning of the 21st day after the day on which the order is made.
