COMPANIES (REPORTS ON CONDUCT OF DIRECTORS) REGULATION - SECT 2

Reports required under section 168I(3) of the Ordinance

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) This section applies to a report made to the Official Receiver under
section 168I(3) of the Ordinance by-

   (a)  a liquidator (other than the Official Receiver) of a company to which
        Part IVA of the Ordinance applies the winding up of which commences on
        or after the commencement date; or (30 of 1999 s. 44)

   (b)  a receiver of a company appointed on or after the commencement  date.

(2) The report shall be made in Form D1 set out in the Schedule and in the
manner and to the extent required by that form. (Enacted 1994)
