COMPANIES (WINDING-UP) RULES - RULE 80

Mode of proof

A debt may be proved in any winding up by delivering or sending through the
post a proof of debt in the prescribed form and accompanied by the prescribed
fee as the case may require-

   (a)  in a winding up by the court, to the Official Receiver or, if a
        liquidator has been appointed, to the liquidator; or

   (b)  in any other winding up, to the liquidator. (See Form 63A) (L.N. 225
