COMPANIES (WINDING-UP) RULES - RULE 8
Times for holding court
Subject to the provisions of the Ordinance, the times of the sitting of the
court in matters relating to the winding up of companies and applications
under section 168A of the Ordinance shall be those which are appointed for the
transaction of the general business of the court, unless a judge shall
otherwise order. (L.N. 178 of 1978) [cf. R. 10]
