COMPANIES (WINDING-UP) RULES - RULE 57A

Application of certain rules where report is made under section 168IA of Ordinance

Where a report under section 168IA of the Ordinance is made to the court by
the Official Receiver, rules 49 to 54 and 56 and 57 inclusive shall apply to
and in relation to the proceedings arising from the report. <*
