COMPANIES (WINDING-UP) RULES - RULE 53
Application for day for holding examination
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
Upon an order directing a person to attend for public examination being made,
the Official Receiver or liquidator, as the case may be, shall apply for the
appointment of a day on which the public examination is to be held.
