COMPANIES (WINDING-UP) RULES - RULE 51

Consideration of report

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

The consideration of the report shall be before a judge personally in
chambers, and the party who made the further report shall, and the
Official Receiver or the liquidator when he is not the party who made the
further report may, personally, or by counsel or solicitor, attend the
consideration of the report, and give the court any further information or
explanation with reference to the matter stated in the report which the court
may require.
