COMPANIES (WINDING-UP) RULES - RULE 50
Appointment of time for consideration of report
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
The Official Receiver or liquidator may apply to the court to fix a day for
the consideration of the report, and on such application the court shall
appoint a day on which the report shall be considered.
