COMPANIES (WINDING-UP) RULES - RULE 40

Extension of time for submitting statement of affairs

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

When any person requires any extension of time for submitting the statement of
affairs, he shall apply to the provisional liquidator or liquidator, who may,
if he thinks fit, give a notice in writing extending the time. (L.N. 286 of
