COMPANIES (WINDING-UP) RULES - RULE 38
Accounting by special manager
(1) Every special manager shall lodge with the Official Receiver an account in
relation to the total of his receipts and payments as special manager, and
such account shall be certified to be correct by the special manager.
(2) The Official Receiver may require any account referred to in paragraph (1)
to be audited. (L.N. 286 of 1997)
