COMPANIES (WINDING-UP) RULES - RULE 14

File of proceedings in office of Registrar

All petitions, affidavits, summonses, orders, proofs, notices, depositions,
bills of costs and other proceedings in the court in a winding-up matter shall
be kept and remain of record in the office of the Registrar and, subject to
the directions of the court, shall be placed in one continuous file. [cf. R.
