The Registrar of Companies may charge the following fees which are 
approved by the Financial Secretary-
		$

        (a)	taking an affidavit, an affirmation or a declaration under section 
303A(1) of the Ordinance 	65

        (b)	signing on an exhibit to an affidavit, an affirmation or a declaration 
taken under section 303A(1) of the Ordinance 	7
