COMPANIES (FORMS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 7
Provision for particular cases
The Registrar of Companies may in any particular case, if he thinks fit to do
so and upon such conditions as he thinks fit, permit certified copies or
translations to be delivered to him though not certified in accordance with
the above requirements.
