COMPANIES (REQUIREMENTS FOR DOCUMENTS) REGULATION - CHAPTER 32A COMPANIES (REQUIREMENTS FOR DOCUMENTS) REGULATION - LONG TITLE Empowering section (Repealed 28 of 2003 s. 121) VerDate:13/02/2004 COMPANIES (REQUIREMENTS FOR DOCUMENTS) REGULATION - LONG TITLE Empowering section VerDate:30/06/1997 (Cap 32, sections 346 and 359A) [21 January 1993] (L.N. 14 of 1993) COMPANIES (REQUIREMENTS FOR DOCUMENTS) REGULATION - SECT 1 (Repealed 28 of 2003 s. 121) VerDate:13/02/2004 COMPANIES (REQUIREMENTS FOR DOCUMENTS) REGULATION - SECT 1 Requirements relating to documents VerDate:30/06/1997 A document delivered to the Registrar under the Ordinance shall comply with the following requirements- (a) its general appearance, legibility, format, size and durability must be suitable for publication and making of the public record of companies; (b) it must be clearly printed, written in black ink, or otherwise produced in a manner that is permanent and will facilitate clearly legible reproduction by photographic or photostatic means; (c) where it comprises 2 or more sheets, they must be fastened together securely in the top left-hand corner; (d) the type and quality of paper and the type-setting of it must be such that there will be no undue loss of legibility in the process of conversion to and from microfiche; (e) it must not consist of a carbon copy, or a copy reproduced by any spirit duplication method; and (f) all 4 edges of each page of the document (top, bottom, left and right) must be entirely blank to a depth of at least 5 mm from the edge.
