Restriction as to publication and giving of lectures

PART IV

GENERAL

A member shall not, without the permission of the Controller-

   (a)  publish or cause to be published, any matter or information; or

   (b)  deliver a lecture or read a paper at a public meeting or broadcast on
        any subject, relating to the operation of the Service, whether or not
        he is still a member. (Enacted 1993)
