GOVERNMENT FLYING SERVICE (GENERAL) REGULATION - SECT 13

Clothing and equipment

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) The Controller shall issue equipment and uniforms to a member on loan in
accordance with the scales laid down by the Director of Government Logistics.

(2) A member shall not wear any article of uniform with plain clothes.

(3) A person who-

   (a)  is not a member; or

   (b)  is not authorized in writing by the Secretary, wears any part of the
        uniform of the Service commits an offence and is liable to a fine of
        $5000 and to imprisonment for 6 months. (Enacted 1993)
