GOVERNMENT FLYING SERVICE (DISCIPLINE) REGULATION - SECT 9

Representation

(1) The Controller shall appoint a member not below the rank of the member
charged as a prosecutor and the member charged shall have the right to be
represented by a member of his choice other than the Controller or a member
who may be involved in the proceedings to conduct his defence on his behalf.

(2) Counsel or a solicitor shall not represent the member charged. (Enacted
