Proceedings after hearing of charge

PART IV

PUNISHMENT

At the conclusion of the hearing of a charge including any adjourned period as
the disciplinary tribunal may require to consider the evidence, the
disciplinary tribunal shall-

   (a)  if in its opinion the evidence does not show that a disciplinary
        offence has been committed, dismiss it;

   (b)  if in its opinion the evidence does show that a disciplinary offence
        has been committed, refer the case to the Secretary or to the
        Controller as the case may require. (Enacted 1993)
