POST SECONDARY COLLEGES REGULATIONS - REGULATION 9
Finance
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
(1) The College Council shall ensure the keeping of correct and adequate
accounts of all income and expenditure of the College.
(2) All books of accounts, receipts, vouchers, etc., shall be open to
inspection by the Permanent Secretary or any person authorized by him in
writing in that behalf. (3 of 2003 s. 27)
