RESOLVED, pursuant to section 22 of the Industrial Training (Construction 
Industry) Ordinance (Cap 317), that-

        (a)	the rate of levy be 0.4% of the value of any construction 
works; and  (L.N. 317 of 1999)

        (b)	any construction works the value of which does not exceed 
$1000000 be not liable to the levy.  (L.N. 137 of 1985)

RESOLVED, pursuant to section 22 of the Industrial Training (Construction
