CENSUS AND STATISTICS (QUARTERLY SURVEY OF RESTAURANT RECEIPTS AND PURCHASES) ORDER - PARAGRAPH 5

Persons required to give particulars

The particulars required to be given under paragraph 4 in respect of a
restaurant shall be given-

   (a)  in the case of a restaurant which is a body corporate, by a director,
        secretary or other person concerned in the management thereof;

   (b)  in the case of a restaurant which is a partnership, by any partner
        thereof;

   (c)  in any other case, by the proprietor of the restaurant.
