CENSUS AND STATISTICS (QUARTERLY SURVEY OF RESTAURANT RECEIPTS AND PURCHASES) ORDER - PARAGRAPH 4

Particulars required to be given

For the purpose of the survey, the particulars specified in the Schedule shall
be given in respect of restaurants for the survey period and shall be
furnished to the Commissioner in accordance with such form of questionnaire as
the Commissioner may issue for that purpose and within such period as he may
therein specify.
