CENSUS AND STATISTICS (QUARTERLY SURVEY OF RESTAURANT RECEIPTS AND PURCHASES) ORDER - PARAGRAPH 3
Quarterly survey of restaurant receipts and purchases
A statistical survey shall be carried out by the Commissioner on the
expiration of each survey period in respect of restaurants in Hong Kong for
the purpose of compiling statistics relating to the receipts and purchases
thereof in the survey period.
