Persons required to give information

The persons required to give information under paragraph 4 are-

   (a)  for a body corporate, a director, secretary or other person concerned
        in the management;

   (b)  for a partnership, a partner;

   (c)  in any other case, the proprietor. (L.N. 115 of 1994)
