CENSUS AND STATISTICS (QUARTERLY SURVEY OF CONSTRUCTION OUTPUT) ORDER - PARAGRAPH 4

Particulars required to be given

For the purpose of the survey, the particulars specified in the Schedule shall
be given in respect of construction undertakings for the survey  period and
shall be furnished to the Commissioner in accordance with such form of
questionnaire as the Commissioner may issue for that purpose and within such
period as he may therein specify.
