SHIPPING AND PORT CONTROL (WORKS) REGULATION - SECT 69

Director to approve provision of safety training courses

(1) For the purposes of this Regulation, the Director may, on written
application being made to him, by notice in writing approve any person to
provide a safety training course and issue a certificate to any person who
attends the course.

(2) If the Director decides to refuse an application for approval under
subsection (1), he shall notify the applicant in writing of his decision and
state the reasons for his decision.
