SHIPPING AND PORT CONTROL (WORKS) REGULATION - SECT 65
Safe means of access to be used
(1) No person employed shall use means of access other than those provided in
accordance with sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 49 and 60.
(2) No person shall permit or require any other person to use means of access
other than those provided in accordance with sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 49 and 60.
(3) A person who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes subsection
(1) or (2) commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine at level
3.
