SHIPPING AND PORT CONTROL (WORKS) REGULATION - SECT 63

Shoring

(1) Where stacking, unstacking, stowing or unstowing of cargo or handling in
connection with such cannot be safely carried out unaided, reasonable measures
to guard against accident shall be taken by shoring or otherwise.

(2) If there is a contravention of subsection (1), the person in charge of
works commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine at level 3.
