SHIPPING AND PORT CONTROL (WORKS) REGULATION - SECT 54

Means of escape of persons employed

(1) Necessary and effective precautions shall be taken to facilitate the
escape of a person employed dealing with bulk cargo in a hold or on ’tween
decks of a vessel.

(2) If there is a contravention of subsection (1), the person in charge of
works commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine at level 3.
