SHIPPING AND PORT CONTROL (WORKS) REGULATION - SECT 52
Prohibition on use of lifting appliances or lifting gear which does not comply with this Part
(1) An employer shall not permit or require a person employed to use a lifting
appliance or lifting gear which does not comply with this Part.
(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable
on conviction to a fine at level 3.
