SHIPPING AND PORT CONTROL (WORKS) REGULATION - SECT 43
Safe working loads of pulley blocks
(1) No pulley block shall be used as lifting gear unless the safe working load
is clearly stamped on it.
(2) If there is a contravention of subsection (1), the owner of the lifting
gear and the person in charge of works commit an offence and each is liable on
conviction to a fine at level 3.
