SHIPPING AND PORT CONTROL (WORKS) REGULATION - SECT 3

Application

(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation applies to all vessels (except
local vessels) in Hong Kong or in the waters of Hong Kong.

(2) This Regulation does not apply to any repairs to, or the breaking up of, a
vessel that is—

   (a)  in a dock, other than a floating dock; or

   (b)  on a slip or mechanical lift.
