SHIPPING AND PORT CONTROL (FERRY TERMINALS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 31
Permission to remain on a ferry vessel
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
Subject to section 33 of the Immigration Ordinance ( Cap 115), no person shall
remain on board a ferry vessel in a terminal except with the permission of the
Director. (L.N. 253 of 1994)
