Control of vehicles

PART IV

MISCELLANEOUS

(1) Except with the permission of the Director, no person shall drive a
vehicle into, within or out of a terminal.

(2) The driver of a vehicle while within, or while entering or leaving, a
terminal shall comply with such directions as may be given by the Director and
with any notice or sign exhibited in a terminal by order of the Director.
