SHIPPING AND PORT CONTROL (FERRY TERMINALS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 20
Pass to be surrendered on cessation of employment
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
A pass holder who ceases to be employed by the person who was his employer at
the date of the issue of the pass shall, immediately on the cessation of his
employment, surrender his pass to that person.
