SHIPPING AND PORT CONTROL (FERRY TERMINALS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 19

Action by employer where pass no longer required

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

The employer of a pass holder shall-

   (a)  if the nature of the employment of the pass holder no longer requires
        that he have access to any restricted area specified in his pass; or

   (b)  if the pass holder ceases, for any reason, to be employed by him,
        without delay-

        (i)    inform the Director accordingly;

        (ii)   take possession of the pass from the pass holder; and

        (iii)  surrender the pass to the Director.
