SHIPPING AND PORT CONTROL (FERRY TERMINALS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 14

Application for passes

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

Application for the issue of a standard pass or a temporary pass shall be-

   (a)  made by a person requiring the pass or an employer on behalf of his
        employee;

   (b)  made to the Director in the form specified by him; and

   (c)  accompanied by-

        (i)    the documents specified therein;

        (ii)   such other particulars as may be required by the Director; and

        (iii)  in the case of an application under regulation 13(1)(b) by a
               person who is not an authorized officer, the prescribed fee.
