SHIPPING AND PORT CONTROL (FERRY TERMINALS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 12

Prohibition of entry, etc. to restricted area without valid pass

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

Subject to these regulations, no person shall enter or remain in a
restricted area unless he has on his person a valid pass issued to him in
respect of that restricted area or is being escorted by an authorized  officer
having the authority of the Director to escort persons into that
restricted area. (L.N. 253 of 1994)
