SHIPPING AND PORT CONTROL (FERRY TERMINALS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 10

Embarkation and disembarkation

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

Except with the permission of the Director, no person shall embark on, or
disembark from, a vessel in a terminal-

   (a)  whilst the vessel is in motion;

   (b)  otherwise than by an authorized gangway; or

   (c)  by means of any other vessel. (L.N. 253 of 1994)
