MERCHANT SHIPPING (LAUNCHES AND FERRY VESSELS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 40
Refusal to carry passengers

The master of any launch or ferry vessel who without reasonable cause refuses-
(a) in the case of a launch, to carry any passenger anywhere within the
harbour limits; or
(b) in the case of a ferry vessel, to carry any passenger upon any route
advertised for that vessel, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be
liable on conviction to a fine of $5000. (L.N. 255 of 1974)
