LIFTING APPLIANCES AND LIFTING GEAR
It shall be the duty of the owner of a lifting appliance or lifting gear, and
in the case of a lifting appliance or lifting gear carried on board a vessel
it shall also be the duty of the master of the vessel, to comply with this
