Delay reports

If for any reason, at any time subsequent to the making of a pre-move report
under regulation 8B or a pre-departure report under regulation 8F, the move or
departure, as the case may be, to which that report refers is delayed, the
master shall report such delay to the vessel traffic centre on the VHF channel
appropriate to the VHF sector in which the vessel is presently located in the
waters of Hong Kong. (L.N. 408 of 1994)
